Delete Your Lovail Account

We're sorry to see you go. Below you can find information on how to delete your account and what data will be removed.

What happens when you delete your account?

  • Your account profile (name, email, photo) will be permanently deleted.
  • All shared memories, messages, and milestones in your "Sanctuary" will be wiped.
  • Your link with your partner will be broken.
  • This action cannot be undone.

How to Delete Your Account

1 In the App (Fastest)

Open Lovail, go to Settings > Account and tap Delete Account. Your data is wiped instantly.

2 Via Email

If you no longer have the app, email us at contact@lovail.com from your registered email address.
