You must be at least 18 years old. Lovail accounts are "connected"—your experience is tied directly to your chosen partner. You are responsible for maintaining the privacy of your connected access.
As a private sanctuary, we do not monitor your shared content. However, we expect users to treat their partner with respect. Use of the service for harassment, non-consensual content sharing, or illegal activities will result in immediate termination of the connected accounts.
Lovail utilizes FaceID/Fingerprint for local security. You agree that Lovail is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from shared device usage or compromised biometric data on your personal hardware.
Lovail is provided "as is." While we utilize advanced encryption, we do not guarantee the service will be 100% error-free or that the digital "Time Capsule" will be accessible in perpetuity in the event of technology shifts beyond our control.
