Lovail is designed as a private sanctuary for couples. We believe your intimate moments should
stay intimate. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
2. Data We Collect & Protect
- Account Information: Name, email, and gender to personalize your
experience and sync with your partner.
- The Sanctuary Content: Photos, memories, and messages shared between you
and your partner.
These are stored with end-to-end encryption to ensure 100% privacy.
- Love Pulse (Biometrics): Heart rate data used for real-time mood sharing.
This data is processed locally and never stored on our servers in a permanent format unless
used for specific health history features you opt into.
- The Matcher: Your private preferences for Date Nights and intimacy are
stored
securely and only revealed when both partners match.
3. Technology & Security
We use industry-leading services to ensure your digital sanctuary remains impregnable:
- Infrastructure: Secure authentication and real-time syncing via Firebase.
- Encrypted Storage: All media is stored securely using advanced encryption
protocols.
- Biometric Lock: The app is secured via FaceID/Fingerprint locally on your
device.
4. Our Commitment
Lovail is built on the foundation of trust. We never sell your data to third parties, we do not
track your location for advertising, and we provide tools for you to wipe your shared sanctuary
instantly if you ever choose to do so.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all
associated
data at any time directly through the app settings, or by visiting our
Account Deletion Request
page.
